Technical Fit Mannequins
Our adult women’s technical fit form range encompasses a large variety of body sizes and types, from regular to plus size. All models are hand fabricated using moulded glass-reinforced polyester resin (GFRP/ fibreglass). A set of moulds for each specific size ensures consistency and accuracy of final measurements. Customers have a choice of industrial lacquer finish (for quicker fitting and easy draping), or cotton sateen fabric covered finish for pattern construction and pinnability. Select models are available as Soft Forms® which are constructed from a high resilience flexible polyurethane foam and give a more body-realistic response for fitting of tight garments such as jeans. Soft forms are only available with a fabric covered finish. Stainless steel and aluminum fittings come standard, ensuring lasting quality. Standard features include detachable arms, collapsible shoulders, standing pins which fit into the base and articulated elbow joints. Optional features include detachable head and detachable leg. Standard Features
In the adult dress forms we have an over-sized keyhole-button system with a chamfered edge on the button for easier fitting of the arms into the keyhole.
A large turned aluminium handle at the top allows users to easily lift the dress form on and off the stand.
Articulated elbow
Reinforced articulated jointed elbows on selected models allow for better assessment of garments by mimicking body movement.
Techical Fit Manequins are covered in technical performance fabric but some models have a industrial lacquer painted finish.
The Standing Pegs attachment is an optional extra feature which will enable your form to stand on its feet instead of hanging.
Each of our forms are supplied with a heavy-duty, height-adjustable, industrial steel base complete with lockable castor wheels.
